I've been using Elements 3.0 since I started digiscrapping back in 2005. I've been seriously considering upgrading and now might be the time to do it.
Get Photoshop Elements 7 for $59.99 or Photoshop Elements 7 with Photoshop.com Plus membership for $89.99. Exp. 04/23/09.
That's a GREAT price. If you've been thinking about upgrading (or are just getting started and looking for a great program) you might want to check it out.
